Linux first. The Linux package comes out first: the domin runtime, the 38 native plugins built for it, the runtime/ folder for optional libraries, the example programs (examples/) and the documentation in English as PDF (docs/: the language guide, the plugin reference and the plugin-writing guide — the same material as the help pages on this site, plus the VS Code debugger install guide). It is checked by the same test suite this site describes.

Windows next. The Windows package follows the Linux one, with the same contents built with MinGW, plus the VS Code extension with the debugger.

Then the plugin sources. In the days after the two packages, the sources of the native plugins are published as well, so that you can build your own plugin against the documented API — see Extend.
